IXION CryoGenesis is a 'technical sympho(ny)' from the Netherlands (2004)

For the independant production IXION has accomplished a rather high-quality album, which very well combines the 'stillness' of the lyrical school and the 'movement' of the technical school. The male leading-vocal sounds rather weak (to soft), however, at the same time, can be recognized as 'tasteful'

For the female vocal has a good quality which is in reminiscence of Anny Haslam.

This is highly recommend for the listeners who liked Knigt Area because the guitar and the keyboard-musicians from that same album are present here.
